1 we have switched to a new shipping database to improve internal
operations and there will be some changes on customers accounts.To
access information on your account prior to February,1 please use
History button. If you encounter errors or discrepancies please let
us know.

To
avoid any delays or mishandling of shipments we completely discontinue
shipping requests by regular e-mail. All of the parcels will be shipped
out only by the Shipping Request form submitted from the online shopping
account.
Please make sure that all of the important information is filled out
on the Shipping Request form including, but not limited to, content's
description, value and customs pre-payment option. By default we do
not prepay any customs fees unless you select and fill out the customs
field on the form. We will not be held responsible for any issues
at the customs if the customs field was zero on the form.

Bosmix registers daily arrived packages under your name into your
online account. Don't have a tracking number? No worries, you will
recognize the arrived package by the sender's name or the company's
name on your account

кораблем 7 – 9 недель в зависимости
от региона. Стоимость доставки посылок самолетом в любой регион России
до почтового отделения - $3.29 + $20 за коробку весом до 44 фунтов.
Время доставки самолетом 3–5 недель в зависимости от реґиона.
